Dear AUS Community,
I am excited to join the AUS community as the new Dean of Academics and look forward to everything this year holds.
I have spent the last 20 years living abroad and traveling the world working in both the private sector and higher education. It has shaped my perspective and approach to business and experiential learning.
My passions lie at the intersection of global challenges and futures thinking. I want to know how we can use futures thinking to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. This is a pivotal moment for the world and an exciting time for higher education institutions to rise to the challenge themselves to innovate and adapt to the changing needs of the global community. This is why I am so thrilled to be joining the AUS team.
As the Dean of Academics, it is my vision to create a transformative business education that empowers AUS students to become critical and compassionate thinkers, engaged citizens, well-rounded solutionists with international perspectives, and responsible global leaders. As a business school, we have the opportunity to nurture and develop the leaders of tomorrow. As entrepreneurs or as future managers in existing institutions, our current students will be at the forefront of tackling global challenges that impact all of us. Instilled with the values of respect, excellence, accountability, and leadership, they will leave AUS equipped to make a positive impact in your respective communities.
