Katarzyna Grzesik-Harz
Katarzyna is an experienced project manager and trainer with roots in Poland and work experience across Germany and Switzerland. Fluent in Polish, English, German, and French, she has worked in industries such as telecommunications, energy, FMCG, and aviation. Holding an Executive Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication from the University of Lugano (USI), she employs proven frameworks to help students tackle real-world business challenges.
Her motto, "All progress takes place outside the comfort zone," reflects her commitment to pushing students to grow and embrace new perspectives.

The Global Case Study Challenge (GCSC)
The Global Case Study Challenge (GCSC) is an innovative program integrated into the Intercultural Management course at AUS. Within this course, students will actively participate in the GCSC, collaborating in Global Virtual Teams (GVTs) with peers from various international universities.
Participants tackle real-world business cases, focusing on challenges faced during mergers between European and Asian companies. Through this program, students develop essential skills in intercultural communication, teamwork, and digital leadership. The GCSC culminates in a virtual presentation, where teams showcase their solutions to industry representatives, providing valuable insights into global business dynamics while enhancing their employability in a competitive job market.
