Abigail Kroon
Abigail Kroon is the Manager of Sustainability at Starbucks Coffee Trading Company based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
In this role, she leads Starbucks’ Coffee and Farmer Equity (C.A.F.E.) Practices program, the cornerstone of Starbucks Ethical sourcing approach to buying coffee. Kroon and her team, implement and manage the program that measures farms against economic, social, and environmental criteria, all designed to promote transparent, profitable, and sustainable coffee growing practices while also protecting the well-being of coffee farmers and workers their families and their communities.
Abigail also supports the broadersustainability initiatives at Starbucks and their commitment to carbon neutral green coffee by 2030.
